The X-Ray Programme - "The Body Builder"

 

X-RAY - is our Body Building Programme that will involve some compounds, machines and other free weights. If your goal is to achieve broad shoulders, big back, chest, legs, arms, basically everything - this is a programme for you.

  • 5 x sessions per week (50-80min)

  • Heavy compound lifts - squats, deadlifts and presses

  • Our training split = Legs, Chest/Push, Back/Pull, Arms and Shoulders, All Body

  • Pure hypertrophy

  • Optional stretch day that rotates on a 3 week pattern
